What is a 'large letter pc?

@maggie16 - the city/state/country (whichever) will be in big letters and mostly be the focus of the pc. Usually it has pictures within the letters. I can email you an example.

I have a question.

For the people in the US, do we send cards of the state we are in, or can we use cards from anywhere in the US?
