This is the same idea for an ATC as the regional one, only for International

Using printed material such as newspaper, book page, sheet music, anything black and white printed or some old sheets yellowed with age , glued on substantial backing. Then.....

For February draw only in red. If you need to outline and prefer black do that, but must be red on the ATC, no other color. You can highlight a word on the print or just do something symbolic of February. Senders choice
