Description:

2014 is fast approaching. So, out with the old and in with the new--craft supplies that is. I am guessing we all have good supplies leftover from various projects and may be tired of seeing them. However, they will be new to someone else. So, for this swap we will clean up our craft rooms and swap clean, useable, leftover craft supplies with one partner.

Send one flat-rate envelope or small flat-rate box stuffed. The postage will be almost $6, but you will not be buying anything. The idea here is to clear out some of your stash (not trash).

This is not profile based, but do read your partner's profile for ideas of what to send, or not to send. You may include opened packages, as long as everything is clean and useable.

You can order the free padded flat-rate envelopes from the USPS online. They will deliver them free to your home and they mail for under $6, including free tracking and insurance. If you have never used one it will surprise you how much you can stuff into it.

Comment below if you have questions and PM me if I don't notice the question in a couple of days.

bb2 - The USPS small Priority Mail flat rate box you described measures about 8 1/2" long x 5 3/4" with tracking # & insurance free is under $6.00. Some post office have for free - Priority Mail bubble wrap envelopes. Make sure to check the rate. If sending 3-D items I strongly suggest using a flat rate box.

Thanks for the information @Whippet - I sure appreciate the free tracking with priority and now the $50, insurance.

I like using the bubble envelopes. If it is puffy I put clear shipping tape around the sealed envelope to insure more stability.
