Color and Light Journal Pages

I love to share my photos with others, and I'd really like to have a journal with pages from all of my photographer friends!

To keep postage costs as low as possible, I'm thinking that we could make our journals small enough that the pages will fit into a 6"x9" envelope. According to my trusty converter, that would be 15.24cm x 22.86cm. (Please correct me if that is wrong!) The journal pages swap will be ongoing, with a different focus for each round. We'll have one each month.

The pictures we take tell something about our personality, so for the first round, make your partner two journal pages in the above listed size that will show her what kind of person you are. For instance, I like to take pictures of classic cars because I love color and appreciate things that have history.

You can take new photos, or use ones from your stash, but they should be your own. We will each make our own journal cover after we have our pages.

You do not have to punch the holes in the pages; let the recipient do that so she can have them all line up for her journal cover. Use at least four photos on your two pages, and include some notes about where they were taken, what they tell about your personality, etc.

So, thats two pages, four pictures and a little writing, and it needs to fit in the small size manila envelope mentioned above. Don't forget to put your swapbot name and the name of the swap on the envelope. Have fun with this! Questions? I'm available every day.
