Description:

I've noticed there are many Christmas themed swaps going on. But, there are many different holidays coming up in the winter holiday season.

Let's expand the time span a bit: Which holiday do you celebrate in November-December? Whether it is Christmas, Hanukkah, Diwali, Kwanzaa, Al-Hijra, Winter Solstice (or Summer Solstice, if you live in the Southern hemisphere) or something else, you are welcome to join in!

Send your swap partner something related to your special holiday. This is sender's choice, naturally - but please take a look at your partner's profile for allergies and no-no's !

It can be anything: just one big thing like a menorah or many little things like a variety of Christmas tree decorations or Diwali sweets. The price should be between U.S. $ 5-10 (excluding postage). You may also send something self-made, if it is WELL-MADE and the materials were between U.S.$ 5-10, or include a self-made item as one item of many.

Also, write a letter (minimum of 2 pages, size A5) about how you celebrate your special holiday.

Please, keep in mind:

This is a type 3 swap !

It may be very warm in your swap partner's country, so please ask your partner if you have any doubts if you can send an item which may melt in the sending process (like chocolate, candles...)

Send something you would like to receive, not just some junk you have lying around! This should go without saying, but no dirty/broken/torn items.

This is an international swap

You must have completed and gotten rated on at least 15 type 2 or 3 swaps and have a 5.0 rating and a well-filled profile! No recent 3's and no 1's at all.

If I'll have any suspicions of a potential flaker, I will remove her/him from this swap. I will angel if needed, but I hope I won't have to :)
