Book Inspired Ornament - Harry Potter

Hello book lovers!

This is the first in a series of swaps about creating Christmas/holiday ornaments from classic/famous books!

For this swap you'll be creating an ornament for ONE partner. This ornament can be anything from ANY Harry Potter book. This is a type 3 swap and I'm asking that you create (no store bought) a 3 dimensional ornament. That's right, no flat/2 dimensional ornaments. We are looking for knock-your-socks-off amazing quality ornaments. You'll have 3 weeks from the sign up date to get those goodies in the mail and to your partner. This is sender's choice, so you can start working on them before partners are assigned.

I'm opening this swap to all those rated 4.9 with no 1's or 3's in the past 6 months. Unrated newbies are welcome with a well filled out profile. What does 'well filled out' mean? Tell me what you like, don't like, and a bit about yourself. If you're still not sure, have a look at mine for ideas.

Need ideas on what to make? How about: an owl, a wand, the sorting hat, a broom, the snitch, a potion text book, a howler....use your imagination!

Please attach your ornament to some sort of string/yarn/ribbon/twine so it can be hung from a tree.
