I love making pillowcases! They are so much fun and especially great to rest your head on knowing that they were hand made. Flannel pillow cases in the winter months are so nice. For this swap you make your partner one pillowcase. The colors will be sender's choice, but please check out your partner's page for likes and dislikes. This pattern is super easy and will work up very quickly. There are many tutorials. Hot Dog ~ does this means 2 colors, with a trim. One color being darker and one lighter? Do I have this right??????????

These are fun to make using the "Hot Dog" method. We have called it the "Burrito" method.

Yes, two colors. The main color takes 3/4 yd and the other 1/4 yd. Any color combo!

Have made some burrito cases for Konker Kancer and American Sewing Guild where we teach youngsters how to sew. These pillowcases are simple and fun to make. I made a flannel burrito case for myself that I pack for travel. A little bit of home to rest ones head upon when hotel hopping :-)

Cotton please and Teal and Brown - circles, stripes, butterflies, flowers anything really. I make "burrito" style cases for my kids and grandkids so will be fun to have one made for me.

I would like flannel or cotton. I have 3 kids (2 girls and 1 boy) so something kid friendly would be nice or something for me :) Im easy to please. Cant wait to try this method out.
