I admit it I got this idea from another swap.

For this swap you will send your partner 2 postcards of your capitol building, state or country, if you can't get 2 of the capital another important site is welcome. So cards will be sent in an envelop. This swap is international. I will be checking profiles, newbies welcome, you have to have been rated though.
