You will put 10 pieces or more in an envelope. One piece counts as one, if they are small, please include a few more.

Some ideas you can include:

  • Old playing cards
  • black and white

Question please! ~ The washi tape ... Is this a full roll, or, samples of some assorted rolls ? Thank you.

I have been the recipient of some washi samples, and I wonder if there is good guideline or standard for a way to give samples or what is the best medium to put the samples on. It seems like plastic bags are the norm. Please any input would be appreciated.

I often wrap samples around playing cards. Tape doesn't permanently stick to the card's waxy surface, and it is flat and easy to send.

That is a grea idea. TRULA.

Actually, when I hand make my washi tape I use wax paper as the backing. Then you can cut it in strips or if you have long pieces, you can wrap it around something circular as a base. (ie: cut the end off a toilet paper roll or if you have extra sewing bobbins, etc..)

@slamophile @joyhouse5 I put them on wax paper.

6 - 6" pieces on a 6" x 6" piece of waxed paper --- I read that somewhere. I got 8 pieces on my waxed paper.

I love the idea of wrapping it around playing cards! I've put it on wax paper, and wrapped it around re-purposes plastic packaging.
