Could you please tell me exactly what memo sheets are, sizes,etc...?

A memo sheet would be anything over your standard post-it size. If it's at least 3.5 inches long it would qualify. (:

Also, specifically, the memo sheets can be lined or unlined as long as they are actually designs. Just plain lined paper doesn't count.

A total of 10 memo sheets to your partner yes. Make sure that there at least 3 different papers you are sending.
