Washi Tape MB

I love washi tape! Use washi tape aka rice paper tape aka Japanese paper tape (not plastic deco tape) to decorate your matchbox. You can decorate it in any style you like and with any theme you want.

Then please add a 3 different pieces of tape inside the box each at least 18" long. You can wrap them around something like a large button or even just fold over a half inch or so and start wrapping. Then you can add a couple other things if your box isn't full. If you don't have any, big box stores like michaels are now carrying it and most paper lines now have tapes as part of their collections.

*If you use rubber stamping, please stamp cleanly; missed areas, smudges or double lines are not acceptable.

*Please check your partner's profile and avoid dislikes. You may make this profile based if you wish.

*Please do not use computer generated images unless of professional quality. And no magazine cut outs or 'kid' stickers.

*Please make a beautiful MB you are proud of and would be thrilled to receive. Fill as above.

*The MB must include a total of at least 4 layers and/or embellishments. You must use all quality craft supplies. No cheap junk.

*Make sure your work is clean and precise. No glue should show and straight cuts need to be straight. Colouring needs to look adult, not like a child did it. Please don't be discouraged by these rules. I am only referring to general tidy work, not tiny flaws.

*Please ship with care. A bubble mailer isn't enough unless your box is sturdy. See the forums for a cheap and easy shipping suggestion that cuts down on mailing costs too!

*Please have a 4.98+ rating to join and no 1's EVER or 3's in the last 6 months. I will accept explanations of course, PM me ahead of the sign up deadline. If you see a flaker has joined, don't worry, I will weed them out.
