Elvis Week 2013 is Saturday, August 10 - Saturday, August 17 at Graceland in Memphis. Since most of us can't (or don't want to) attend, let's "show up" vicariously by sending an Elvis-related postcard! Send one purchased postcard to one partner. Your postcard does not necessarily need to feature a picture of Elvis, but it must relate to him in some way. With a little research, you can find a way to be creative with this. :-) If the correlation between the card and the man is not apparent, explain on the back how they go together. If the card you send is obviously Elvis-related, please write something about your relationship to the star. (You can talk about whether or not you like his music or mention a memory connected to one of his songs or tell about the time you visited Graceland or comment on the fact that your grandmother was gaga for Elvis but you're gaga for Gaga. Whatever works will work.) Mail the card naked. Remember to include your SB username and the swap title. Don't flake. That gets me all shook up.

Anyone joining this swap and saying they do not like Elvis music will be remove immediately, because Elvis is the best singer ever...PERIOD!

(P.S. Okay...You will not be removed...but you will be forced to write "Elvis is the best singer ever" 100 times on a chalk board while listening to "The American Trilogy".)

(P.S.S. okay...that will not happen either...but I will strongly disagree with you for not liking his music)

Sigh...yes he is...and when he was younger (as in the 2 pictures posted above), he had the most sexiest mouth. I tell my DH all the time that he has "Elvis Lips"...he looks at me like I am crazy and then shakes his head and walks off. LOL
