I was thinking about writing her a note to tell her that she dissapointed us and took some fun out of swapping. What do you think?

I unfortunately had her sign up as part of a swap I was running, but since no one had rated her at that time, I took the kindly attitude (figuring she was a new person...) Anyway, I am disappointed to have spent my money and time (twice!) sending to someone who apparently doesn't value good communication.
