Whats wrong with a little friendly competition #1

So this is my first time hosting a swap like this and I hope that it is hugely successfull so we can do it again :) As this is the first one please bear with me if there are any bugs that need to be worked out.

Here's the premise..

You will send a decorated envelope to your partner...Drawn, Collaged, whatever moves you... only front matters but you can decorate the back too if you like. I will give a list of 5 things that have to be included in your envie design. Every one will take a picture or scan and email them to me.... I will post them all in a flickr album.... after all photos have been received all participants will go and vote on their favorite envie... (you cannot vote for your own) then for the winner I will create a profile based swap goodie box to send to them as a prize....

Sounds fun Right!!! now here's the nitty gritty

• This is a USA only swap. sorry. maybe second round will be opened up international but for the first round USA only

• You must have atleast a 4.9 rating and atleast 10 type 3 swaps

• What you put in your envelope is up to you. A nice letter, A list, Stickers, Bookmark... What every you think your partner would like.

• Standard letter size envie or larger. 5X7 size ish would probably make your design easier to see but that is up to you entirely.

• When your envelope is created please take a picture or a scan and email it to me. mrsheatherbush@gmail.com please put a post it over your partners address or conceal it another way as we don't all need to know where every one lives :)

• I will create the flickr album with all the picture. I will give enough time before the start of the swap that hopefully every one will have their envies ready to be sent as soon as the swap starts. You will have one week after the swap start date to get me your photo. I will send out a reminder to those who have not emailed me a picture 2 days before the last day to submit. If I do not get a photo from you at that point you will just not be eligable to be judged. Once the album is ready at that point I will post the link on the swap page and also thru email to everyone in the swap so you can vote. Please vote by commenting on the envelope you like best with your swap bot name. one vote per person and you may not vote for your own.

• To the winner I will send a super cool profile based box of goodies!!!
