Mail Art: Seed Packet!

I was inspired to start this swap by the beautiful new vintage seed packet forever stamps available from the USPS! They're just beautiful. I'm already hosting a seed packet ATC swap and thought seed packets would make great fodder for mail art too! So...for this swap you will create 1 mail art envelope for 1 partner featuring a seed packet. Seed packets are available everywhere right now--grocery stores, hardware stores, and (big surprise) Wal-mart (where they are very inexpensive). You are free to use any type of seed packet: fruit, veggie, herb, etc. The only requirement is that your mail art envelope must contain part (or all) of the actual seed packet. Feel free to use multiple seed packets if you like.

• 1 seed packet mail art to 1 partner

• envelope must measure at least 4" x 5" but can be larger

• MAIL the created envelope; do not mail the seed packet inside another plain envelope (unless you use a clear plastic sleeve for mailing)

• enclose a flowery-type or herby-type flat surprise for your partner

Participants must have a cumulative 4.9 rating and be rated for 7 Type 3 swaps. I also require that participants have logged into swap-bot the day of or the day before partners are assigned. If you have NOT signed in during that time period, I cannot allow you to participate because I need to make certain all participants are active swappers.
