Pink Book Thong for Breast Cancer Patients THIS IS

I am a Stage Breast Cancer SURVIVOR! Because of my own journey, I have been making book thongs to take to those who having their chemotherapy. Many patients find reading during the 6 - 8 hour infusion, really helps.I cannot keep up with the need.

So, I am reaching out to my Swap-Bot friends and asking for help. If you can make two book thongs, I will add the Breast Cancer ribbon and the pink ribbons to the end.

I have been using #11 seed beads to do the bulk of the book thong. I also add some pretty pink glass beads as focal points. The book thong is approximately 9" long. Using beading wire, crimp each end so that there is a loop for me to attach the charm and ribbon.

I go to the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City, Utah and this is where I will take the finished items. I package them using Breast Cancer graphics and include a note of encouragement. (You care encouraged to write your own note....place make it the size of an ATC card to be enclosed.

I appreciate the help and may there soon be a cure for this cancer that affects many everyday.
