OH NO!!! I can't seem to resist a candy swap. :-) I am not picky about candies and will appreciate anything my partner sends. I LOVE to try new things!

I hate to say this, but please limit the amount of chocolate (if any) and wrap it separately if possible. It's HOT here in Texas by June, and the poor chocolates get pretty melty! Thanks!

I'm a vegetarian, so please nothing with gelatin(e), like marshmallows, Altoids, Skittles, U.S.-made Starburst (I think the U.K. Starburst is veggie, for some reason) or most gummies. Vegetarian gummies are most welcome. :-)

I really hate licorice and cinnamon-flavoured candy/gum. Anything else is great -- my profile has some ideas. :-)

I love almost anything (chocolate) except licorice, orange, toffee, pineapple and bananas. That said if pineapples, oranges or bananas are really big in sweets from your area my daughter and hubby will happily eat them. They don't like licorice or toffee either though.

I don't like licorice,mint,orange flavoured stuff(as well as lemon) .. I can't eat anything with Pork Gelatin, Liquor or Alcohol in it.. Hope that won't be too troublesome.. =)

I love candy & sweet swaps! I don't really care for white chocolate, lollypops, or black licorice. My favorites are: dark chocolate, truffles, unusual or weird candies, anything chocolate covered-dried fruit, cookies, gummies, sunflower seeds. I also like the gummies by themselves.

I love most candies, don't care for anything with coconut, or nuts or caramel. Love fruity candy and chocolate the best but live in AZ so chocolate will probably melt. love red and black vine licorice. Not Twizzlers. Love spearmint flavored candy too. :)

arcticamy - I can't control who swaps with who; when I click 'Assign Partners', the system does it randomly. It would be ideal for everyone to have a partner from a different country, but perhaps, if you want to try something different, you could ask your partner to send you something a bit more local to them next time?

OK. Yeah I got candy in the mail that I couldve gotten at my local store. And some of it was old on top of that. Ewwww.

I am a little upset at my partners rating - a 3 - as well as the comments on the swap discussion. I sent her a maple syrup lollipop, shaped like a maple leaf (canadian), some chocolate coins that are in the image of the canadian $1 coin, a twix peanut butter bar because she said she liked peanut butter, a cool fruit string thing, plus a recipe and a scrubbie cloth in her kitchen colors. Then she states that she could have got the stuff in her grocery store and some of it was OLD, I'd like to know what was so old, because I purchased everything the same day I sent it!!!

Aaargh! looks like I won't recieve a rating from missredlipstick 8(
