Glow in the Dark ATCs

**Note: The dates have been moved back to January to allow more time.

For this swap you will be creating two ATCs for one partner. There is no limitation as far as medium; however, the card must be the standard 2.5" by 3.5". The only other requirement is that something on the card must glow in the dark. There are many types of glow in the dark products available in addition to the popular stars - including stickers, beads, paints, powder, and even thread! These items are available at most craft stores and also http://www.glowinc.com.

This is an international swap. Anyone with a rating less than 4 will be excluded. Please be mindful of the deadlines. :)
