Mixed Media Background

Create one mixed media background for one partner. Color theme is sender's choice.

1. You must use at least 3 different art media in your design (collage, paint, ink, gesso, fibers, fabric, etc.)
2. Your background should be sturdy and at least 8 X 10 inches.
3. Mail your finished piece to your partner in an envelope.
4. You must have a 4.95 rating to join this swap.

Mixed media backgrounds can be used to build art journal pages, ATCs, inchies, junk journals, etc.

You can google images of mixed media backgrounds for ideas. There are also several tutorials on youtube that demonstrate many different techniques. If there is enough interest for this swap, I will consider hosting a color series.
