Zentangle

You will create one 3 1/2 by 3 1/2 Zentangle tile for each partner. You may use any patterns you want to use. You should have at least 3 different patterns in your artwork. For this swap let's stick to the traditional black and white with shading of gray. Please enclose a letter telling how long you have been "tangling", and enclose a few of your favorite pattern names (with or without pictures) and why you love them ( ex. I love printemps because I can do them well or I like tipple because it fills in empty space). Do you have any tips or tricks that help you? Favorite strings you use? Finally, detail one or more of the challenges you have with zentangles. Is there a pattern that gives you a hard time? Is shading not your best feature?
