You can use fabric and felt both , and you can add any type of decorations on it you like. you can make it as chunky as you like . Just have fun and create something awsome for your partner. If using felt i find it easier to glue felt to felt and then sew the edge together felt is very very easy to handle and sew. You can do this by hand so this is friendly for people that dont often sew . you decorationg can be either glued or sewn it is your choice but make sure it wont fall of easily.

I do go profile by profile and will ban any user that has flaked and not resolved the issue.
