Semi-Homemade Valentine's Day PC - Newbie Friendly

You will take a STORE-BOUGHT Valentine's Day Card and cut it apart (separating the back and front flaps). Take a sturdy piece of card stock and glue it to the back of the front flap...WA-LA...You now have a Semi-Homemade Valentine's Day Postcard. Write a nice little message to your partner and mail it off. It is that simple.

Requirements:

• Semi-Homemade Valentine's PC following instructions in 1st paragraph.

• 1 partner - 1 PC - 1 friendly message

• Minimum 4.97 rating

• Unrated Swappers Allowed (at my discretion)

This will be open to Newbie's with a WELL-FILLED OUT PROFILE. I will be checking profiles through-out the waiting period AND the day I assign partners, which is normally the first day that the option becomes available.

I will remove ANYONE (newbie or not), that I think will cause trouble of any kind. If you have been called out as a non-rater, a flaker, a pain in the bootie partner, I will remove you, without warning.

For Newbies - A well-filled out profile is more than a "Wish-List". You should tell a little bit about yourself, so that your partner can "get-to-know you."

I give my 100% to remove potential flakers...however; I will angel (as I do all my swaps), if you get flaked on, AFTER you have rated the flakery flaker flake the 1 he deserves. If you choose NOT to rate properly, I choose NOT to angel.
