Because we are all busy right now, I will create this very easy swap for right after the holidays.

  • Send a vegetarian, healthy recipe to your partner. Vegetarian means no meat of any kind, including fish, no stocks made of meat etc. I consider a recipe healthy if it has lots of veggies and/or fruits and is low on fat and sugar. I know this point is up for debate, but I want to keep things simple.

  • It doesn't matter how you send the recipe. It can be written on nice stationery, on the back (or inside) a card, it may be typed and printed, or written. But please do make sure your partner can read it and make it something you are happy to receive. The only thing I ask is to not write a quick recipe on boring printer or lined paper and be done with it.

  • Do check the profile of your partner for any allergies, likes and dislikes and try to send something they like. However this is meant as an easy swap, so if they ask to calculate some sort of diet points and you can't because you don't know how etc, that is fine. But it is easy to check any allergies or likes & dislikes, so please do that.

This swap is open to newbies with well filled in profiles, but rated people need a 4.0 rating to join. I am keeping this a bit on the low side because the swap is so easy. I will angel when needed, but I trust that I won't have to.
