Description:
There is a tiny wee bit of sewing in this swap....But they are super quick, and super cute. I am running this swap in another group, but thought there might be some interest here too. Chinese New Year is Feb 10, 2013. Make your partner 6 fabric fortune cookies following the Mollie Makes tutorial here You do not have to shape your cookies for mailing. Instead, leave them flat so they can be mailed as letter mail in an envelope. Your partner can turn them right side out when they arrive to see how pretty they are. But do prepare and include a fortune to put inside each cookie. Make the 6 cookies each from a different fabric.....don't make them all identical. So you'll need at least 6 different fabrics to make these. It's a good chance to use up your fabric scraps. SO...That's... make 6 fabric fortune cookies make and send along a fortune for each cookie Once you receive your swap, you will have 6 cookies to display in a bowl?...or how ever you like....maybe more....if you can't stop making them:)
