Have a Gnome-y Christmas Decorated Envie Swap!

I know I should not be doing another decorated envie swap but I am feeling really sad that I am seeing so many Christmas-y gnomes and not getting any in my mailbox! :)

I love getting decorated envelopes in my mailbox. It's one of my favorite swaps to hostess. If you do also, then sign up for my Decorated an Envie in a GNOME-Y CHRISTMAS WAY Swap! The envelope can be any size but decorate it anyway you would like with drawings, glitter, stamps, etc but make sure there are gnome(s) and Christmas colors or decorations or something. You are the artist!

I beg you to spend some time on sending something you would like to pull out of the mailbox and only join if you intend on doing that. Please don't join if you are going to slap something together. Now that I have hostessed this sort of a swap many times, I get so many complaints from people about what their partners send. An envelope with a few junky stickers is not what someone wants to pull out of their mailbox! Only join if you like to create. You don't have to be a great artist, I know I am not but I enjoy creating and putting my best effort forward. USA only but if you want to make an international one, be my guest! Let's have some fun and spread some cheer decorated envie-style! Sorry but I won't be able to angel any longer so please only sign up if you know that you can do this swap and send your partner something.

It's a QUICK TURNAROUND so make the envies now and then leave a place to put in your partner's name at the last minute so the envie arrives before Christmas. Also, this is the first time that I am having 2 partners so that you can make the same envie twice. :)

They put it inside another envelope. NO! Don't do that! A decorated envie is decorated on the outside of the envelope where you address the letter to your partner. The mailman will see the decorations and so will your partner when they pull it out of their mailbox. That is the point of this swap!

It is your choice whether or not you put goodies in the envie. I always try to put goodies that I have that may be mentioned in my swap partner's profile or that have to do with the theme of the envelope but this is entirely up to you. Hearts are given for the quality of the decorated envie and your happiness at receiving the envelope!

Backside is optional. You do not have to "make" the envelope. I posted a sample but covered the address of the swap partner for confidentiality. Please take the time to look at it and make everyone happy especially me so I don't have to field so many complaints in my mailbox.
