Description:
I make handmade pendants out of game and glass tiles. I have my own etsy store. I know there are others out there that make them and other crafty jewelry items they make and sale as well. Any type of handmade jewelry is welcome. But it must be handmade and profile based. Please send something nice..something that you would want to receive. The trick is sending your partner something that connects to their profile. Say your partners profile states that she likes the turtles. Perhaps you have a jewelry item that you make that is a turtle? That would be a perfect fit. You get the idea. Anyone can join with a well filled out profile. I will check profiles before I assign partners. You do not have to have an etsy shop to join, but this is a great way to share your etsy store and get some exposure. Any questions? Feel free to ask!

I'm about 10 holiday projects behind, just now, or this would at least go on my watch list. I'd be very interested in seeing a similar one in the new year. . .especially if it gave me more than 4 days to read the recipient's profile, decide what sort of piece to make based on it, design the item, and create it. (Some of the paints and adhesives I've used take 72 hours just to cure. . ..)

That is very true. I didn't think about pre-making something for your partner and actually that is a very good point. I was thinking more along the lines of using what is in your shop currently and finding something as close as you can that is profile based, but I like your idea better. I will host another when Christmas is over. This one, I was trying to make it to where participants would get their item before Christmas as a gift to themselves. But thank you for that input:)

Yes they sure were. I do apologize. Assigning now. I am pushing back the send to date by a few days to allow more time since partners assigned were delayed. I do apologize. I had to go in and message a few folks that signed up to ensure they were participating and was waiting to hear back from them:( Thank you soo much for joining the swap!
