Halloween Shaker ATC. For this swap, you will create one Halloween themed atc with a shaker on it somewhere. The entire atc can be a shaker or just a section, but the atc must be halloween themed. This is a fairly quick swap and so I am keeping it US only in hopes that everyone gets their atc before Halloween. If you are not sure how to make a shaker, just google "how to make a shaker card" and you will find many tutorials :)
