13 days of Halloween!

You will have 13 tasks.Celebrating the 13 days leading up to the best day of the year! All- Hallows-Eve! A time of year where all the creativity,crafting, and plain love for the spook come together and bask in the glory of letting out the darker/creepier side of our self's :)

Being as you will have so much to do, you will only have one partner, in the expectation that you will fully put your heart and soul into what you send! Send something you would like to receive :D

Enough Talk! Let's Explain the rules shall we?

-The point of the swap is to count down the 13 days leading up to the 31st. So ideally, you would do a challenge a day starting on October 19th and Ending on the 31st,but in the end as long as you get all 13 included the day doesn't matter quite as much as making sure you don' skip any.

-The swap is to be mailed out on November 2nd, Giving you a grace day to rest and put everything together with out having to run to the mail box the day after Halloween.

-Don't fret, have fun, and remember we are all here to have fun and let our hobbies and creativity shine :)

The Challenges!

Day 1-Write a note explaining to your partner who you are, and what Halloween is to you. How did you celebrate it when you were a child? Do you still celebrate it the same today, or do you have kids and celebrate it differently then your parents? Is it (like in my house hold) a all month long celebration?

Day 2- A Halloween Zen-tangle. Note these can be as elaborate or as simple as you want them. As long as they fall under the qualifications of a zen-tangle, and Halloween theme make them as big or small as you like!

Day 3-Share your favorite Halloween Baked Treat and Craft! (Hand written explanation or pics of course! Haha no need to send a cake!)

Day 4-As you go about your day snap 3 pictures of Halloween things you run into around town. (on the back of these 3 pictures write day 4)

Day 5-Send a list of your Halloween Must watch list. Tv shows? Movies? Anything you watch to get into the Halloween spirit!

Day 6-Put your creative writing skills to the test and create a monster love story! Have fun with it!

Day 7-Draw an illustration that matches your story from day 6!

Day 8- A Halloween card! Homemade or store bought, catch is that the main color can NOT be orange!

Day 9- Thirteen Halloween Stickers and your favorite ghost story.

Day 10- Share your favorite Halloween moment

Day 11- Try your hand at an original Halloween make up-it doesn't have to be anything Hollywood quality. Just use whatever make-up you have laying around and have fun! Snap and picture and explain to your partner what look you created. Witch,Vampire,Fairy, anything!

Day 12- Go back to your Halloween School days, and send 2 Halloween color sheets. One you colored in yourself and a blank one for your partner to enjoy!

Day 13- Happy Halloween! Send a picture of your costume and your house decor!

This Can be sent in any form or fashion. In a box, big envelope, journal. Whatever creative and cheap way you can come up with to ship! I don't want anyone pulling out their hair on shipping cost!
