You will have one partner to send two collector thimbles to. I’m considering a “collectors thimble” as a decorative one probably not intended to be used for sewing. They can be made of ceramic, metal, wood, bone, and sometimes plastic. These should be in very good condition if not new and only one of the two you send to your partner can be plastic.

I have a collection of old/vintage and antique thimbles that have actually been used for sewing that do not meet the requirements for this swap. If you have some of these do not send them unless your receiving partner agrees to accept one. You should PM your partner to see if they mind one of the thimbles you send them being vintage/old/antique and used. Do not send the thimble you use every day when sewing. Ho-hum boring metal and plastic thimbles are not welcome in this swap. This swap is for pretty collectable thimbles to add to our growing stash!
