Make ANOTHER Perzine Swap

Here's the idea. The zine must be by you. If you're a tenured zinester, and you already have a perzine made feel free to use that one. If you've never made zines, I'd love for you to get started as a zinester with this swap. It can be about anything at all. So decide your idea, decide your format (half size is good for starting), decide your number of pages (8 in this case, that's 2 8.5x11 papers folded in half), and then fill with content (either typeset or handwritten, or both). No adult content in this swap please.

Here's the requirements. They are only a little different for this swap. The zine must be at least 8 pages long (more is strongly encouraged!), nothing smaller than quarter sized please (no minizines this time). Colored paper is optional, if the zine you receive is hand embellished or handbound (not with staples) please rate accordingly. Please don't rate on content. No one under 4.8 will be aloud to join. No to no-senders. We'll each have 3 partners only, because this is an international swap.

I'm giving us plenty of time to make zines, so have some fun!!!

UPDATE 4/8/08-

Ok everyone! Partners were assigned! So now we should all be crafting our zines with lots of love! No gluestick is safe from us!! I can't WAIT to see what we make!

UPDATE 4/24/08

I can't wait to see what all we've produced, lets all agree to try to have our zines out next week or to message our partners. Ok? Remember! Double check the correct postage on your zine, and never mail it without an envie unless you make sure there's 17 extra cents postage for them to process it by hand. The machines they use mangle zines if they're naked! The post office lady at my PO told me horror stories. So apply postage diligently, and the po will love you too, which is ALWAYS good for a zinester! Hope you enjoyed the swap!
