Fabric Fanatics August FQ Surprise

Hello there Fabric Fanatics. Let's get swapping each month with a different fabric theme. This month the theme will be the colour blue. This is an international Swap so be prepared to send internationally. Put together a great package for your partner which will include:

• One cotton FQ in the colour blue (prints or solids)
• One coordinating card of buttons (minimum of 4 buttons on the card buttons can be vintage if in good condition, can be sewn on to your own card if needed)
• 3 yds of coordinating trim (trim, ribbon rick rack, etc.)
• One small sewing mystery item (pack of needles, thimble, thread, floss, etc)
• One printed copy of a free or purchased pattern or tutorial for a cute sewing project
• A post card from your town, city, state or province
• A small note introducing your self to your partner. Tell your partner a bit about where you live, and what your interests are.

When you sign up for this swap please leave a comment below to indicate a preference for prints or solids, if you are dead set on one or the other....if you do not list a preference on or before the sign up date...it will be senders choice. All remaining items are senders choice. There is one week between partners being assigned and the send date to prepare your swap, but as many of the items are senders choice you can begin to prepare immediately.

Details: If you will be late to send out your swap, you must let your partner know. Life happens sometimes, and communication is key to avoiding any misunderstandings. Please remember to mark you swap sent only after you have dropped it in the post box or at the post office. If you don't mark it sent, your partner will assume it has not been sent. If you forget to mark it sent on the date you sent it....leave a comment on this swap page noting the date it was mailed.

Ratings: If you receive all of the items listed in the swap description, and the swap was sent out on time, you must rate a 5. You have the option of rating with a heart if you feel the swap was above and beyond the basic swap requirements. This means means different things to different people...but this rating is at your discretion. If you feel the need to rate a partner with a 3 (swap did not meet requirements) or a 1 (I didn't get anything) please contact you partner to let them know and give them the opportunity to fix the situation.
