Picture It!- On wood

Lately, my husband is heavy on my mind. I can remember once when we went camping he found two pieces of wood, one had an eagle painted on it and one had a dock with a rope tied to one of the posts. Both were very simple, but very touching. Unfortunately I don't have either pieces of wood any more (lost in moving) or my husband.

So, I would like to create the following swap, in honor of my husband and our 18th anniversary that just past on July 9th.

For this swap you will paint a picture on wood. The picture is senders choice as well as what wood you use. The wood could be tree bark, a piece of wood you buy from Michaels, driftwood, etc., as long as its wood, and the size is also up to the sender.

The picture does not have to be elaborate or difficult. Depict what you feel. Be creative, have fun.

PS-The picture above is a simple owl on wood. Your picture can be as simple as that or more complex. It is up to you. You can even use a stamped image on wood and then paint and decorate it, or trace a coloring book page on wood. Any method is acceptable except stickers is appropriate. No stickers allowed for this swap.
