Not Your Average ... ATC Background

I am a new swapper on swap-bot, but I have been in 2 other groups for several months (currently in an alphabet swap which I love) I absolutely LOVE to do backgrounds featuring alcohol inks, extreme glitter paint, rubber stamped, puff paints ,etc. Is this the swap for me?. I like doing backgrounds the best , but cannot hand-draw. Thank you and I will be watching this swap, linda

Yes, they all must have texture of some degree

I thought I wasn't confused, but now I am-LOL. For this swap we are sending something like handmade paper, variety of designs and colors if possible? We are not making the atc nor attaching it to an atc back? If I'm correct then I can finally watch then join because I finally found some handmade paper and bought some.

You are correct @EmilyT You are sending paper or card that has texture - texture is the important part here. It can be a lot or a little, it can be paper or card. Something that can be used as an interesting background for an ATC. You don't have to make an ATC, the pic is just to show the textured BG. Hope I haven't confused you more :-)

That is great! I went a little crazy in a sale so...yeah perfect timing for me with a textured paper swap.

Little confused. I am making most of my own textured backgrounds. I am also including collaged ones which I HAVE to apply to a background. I hope this is all ok because Im having a blast thinking a little outside the box and being creative.

@sammie91 the intention was for he backgrounds to be textured, as in handmade paper etc. I'm sure no one will complain if you take it a bit further where you have textured it. I'm planning on doing an altered background swap at some time in the future as well

I have picked it up occasionally in the cheapy craft stores we have here (not that that helps you) Most usually the mulberry paper but sometimes the more interesting types.
