Iron Chef: Week 1

This was an idea borrowed (with permission) from CCAP. Each week we will swap recipes that contain a particular ingredient. It can be any type of recipe as long as it contains the ingredient.

Week 1 ingredient: Mayonnaise

You will have 5 partners. Please send your recipes printed or typed on 4x6 recipe/index cards (can be handmade). You can send all 5 partners the same recipe if you'd like. I'm leaving this USA/Canada only due to availability of some ingredients.

You must have a 4.8 to join this swap. Newbies welcome-we all have to start somewhere. I reserve the right to ban questionable swappers. I will angel if needed but I'm sure I won't need to. If you have any problems or questions please feel free to pm me or leave it in the comments section.
