Description:
You will have 1 partner for this swap. What you have to do is obtain a copy of your local newspaper and send it to your partner. You will have to the 30th of April to sign up. So the newspaper must be from the week 1st-7th of May. Preferably a local paper is from your town but if your town doesn't have one then from your local city and if your city doesn't have one then one from your state/county. If your newspaper is in another language please take the time to summarise in english a few of the front page and first to second page stories. :) If your newspaper is to big then take out the non important bits like the classifieds etc and just send the news. Requirements for the swap: -No recent 1's and 3's. I will be looking at profiles and comments on profiles. -No ratings lower than 4.87. -You must be have a well filled out profile. Not just one sentence or paragraph. -Newbies are allowed. BUT you must have a well filled out profile. Since I'm the host I have the right to ban people I consider dodgy. Happy Swapping!

I think the newspapers should be in English only, I was in a swap like this a while ago and got a newspaper from Brazil, lucky for me the woman spent time writing it in English for me :-)

ThatÂ´s a important question: English newspapers only? That limits the countries to a very few.

IÂ´d find it interesting to recieve a newspaper in a language I donÂ´t speak.

Maybe if it's not in English the person can summarize the highlights or tell you a little bit about the paper.

You might want to have a minimum number of pages. My local paper is huge so I'd have to send only part of it but then I don't know how many pages to send!

No the whole newspaper will be sent. If a newspaper needs to be culled then take out the classifieds etc and just sent the news part of it. But if you can send the whole newspaper because everything will be interesting.

I'm quite happy to receive a english paper or another language. I would also find it interesting to get a newspaper that is not in english. But yeah I won't be changing it to english only.

i think a paper that's not in english would be interesting. maybe one could even learn a few new words in another language.
