The Finer Things... Crochet swap

OK, ladies and gentlemen (although I'm betting mostly ladies on this one) it's time to break out those awesome thread crochet skills you've been saving up for so long! In this swap you will be crocheting an item of your choosing to treat your partner with.

The Rules are as follows:

1) All items will be THREAD crochet, not done in yarn.

2) Make something nice. This should be something that you have really put effort into... such as a set of crocheted snowflakes rather than 1 snowflake. Think of it more as a project to spread out over a few days at least, rather than an evening project.

3) This is an international swap

4) Ratings of at at least 4.5 required, newbies please send me a message and be prepared to show what an awesome crocheter you are if you want to participate :-)

Some things you could consider making for this swap... a set of snowflakes, a doily, bread cloth, at least a meter of lace edging, a set of coasters... you could even go all out and send a pair of (new!) pillowcases with your own crocheted edging. The idea is to really make something lovely, it doesn't matter so much the size of the item as that you put your best work into the making of it. For hearts, maybe considering sending along a crochet magazine or some special thread for your partner's next project.
