Description:

This will be a forest/woodland theme in a baggie.

Think of deer, hedgehogs, gnomes, mushrooms, foxes, frogs, owls, toadstools, trees, acorns ....

Fill a baggie with at least 5 different type items that fit the theme but please send a variety of items and "characters", like not all stickers and not all owls.....
It is ok if more than one item has many of the characters (An example would be things made with a woodland theme fabric.)

One partner - Sender's Choice - whatever size baggie the items fit in but at least sandwich size.

Any officers, please feel free to start an International version of this swap if you would like.

Hi, I haven't joined one of your swaps yet, and was wondering what the value should be of the contents? Can it be gently used items?

Hi @pennypuppy . Thanks for being in the group. It's difficult to put a value on these swaps sometimes because people may include hand made items. As far as gently used items, I think you'd have to ask your partner if that was fine w/them once partners are assigned. I would say a gently used rubber stamp would be fine but I'm not sure what it was you had in mind.

This is what the homepage states:

Guidelines:

Please Send What You Would Like To Receive

  • Most swaps suggest at least 5 items....but you can always send more... (It is not required to be in a ziplock but must be in a bag or handmade envelope or contained in some manner in the same size as the ziplock required ...see suggestions in group forum.... do not count a small piece of paper as one item - people should send what they would like to receive themselves!!!!!)

Here is a link of some pictures of swaps sent in the group.

This is a link on some ideas of what to send.

I hope this helps answer your question. Happy Swapping! :)

I am so excited! this will be my first swap in the group and I have already started putting the bag together, I hope my partner likes store bought items and hand made ones. I have a feeling I might go over board with this swap since Woodland creatures are one of my all time favorite things =)
