Vintage State Capitol Cards Swap Number 1

This is a simple swap. It is a vintage state capitol card for another state capitol. Being vintage, you may get what you send, but then that is cool anyways, because it will be unexpected anyway. I mean what are the chances.

I was able tog et a lot of cards and in that lot were several of two state capitols, so I figure at least do a swap with them.

The card must be pre 1980, standard size, these are approximately 3.5 x5.5 inches, no continental size.

These should be sent in an envelop and if they are used, they must be clean,no tears or creases, neat and the stamp still on it. They can be unused and they must be clean and no creases, tears or marks.

For this swap there will be one card to send and one partner.

Because this is a vintage swap, there will be stricter requirements than I usually have.

4.98 rating required. Even if Swap bot allows you to join because you are a 4.93 I will ban you.

Newbies allowed, only if the profile is well filled out, more than two paragraphs and there is mention of collecting the vintage postcards and it is detailed about what type of vintage postcards you collect and prefer. This is for the newbies only, those that are unrated or have less than ten, type 2 or 3 or both, swaps under their belt.

Restrictions like this are needed, because I do not like flakers and do not care to spend the postage making up for what the flakers do.

I will angel only if you, that is flaked on, agree to give your partner a one for this swap.

Please do not rate less than a five if you get a capitol that you already have to one you sent out. That is part of the fin of this swap. Or you do not get one as old as you send.
