Sandylion Stickers Swap

@Sundisney - oh my goodness. This is only mildly related. Do you have any idea where you can get the older style of Sandylion stickers? I HATE the new ones. They are NOT like the old ones at all! I miss the long, skinny strips with modules! I just saw some of the new ones today, and had to vent :)

@ChelseaLake I prefer the older ones too. I buy most of mine from Ebay. Some online scrapbooking stores have some of the older ones too. I hope that helps.

I get mine thru sticker and scrapbooking people on eBay too, from USA, Canada, and the last two were Australians (local, my currency, etc). Really easy, huge selection, cheap, and yes they do have some oldschool Sandylion. If you ask they probably have more!

hehe I have tons of these. They're my favorite brand :) I know a lady that lives 5 minutes from the sandylion factory in Canada. I send her money and she goes and gets stickers for me. I love it :)

I have actually seen these at k-mart, not a big variety, but a few packages of strips none the less. And yes, ebay is an excellent resource!

They do have sandylion strips at walmart, however, they are not cut into modules. So I'd guess the strip at walmart would count as one??

Also the ones at walmart don't have the background stripped away. (if you look at the one in the photo all that's there is the sticker, none of the extra adhesive paper that was around the sticker is there anymore. The ones at wal-mart have that extra bit around it)

I would like to know about those strips, too - would one strip count as three modules (that is, as they must be different, then can be cut?) or one?

I haven't seen the strips so I am not really sure what they look like. If they can be neatly cut into squares, then I am guessing that would be okay. However, please try not to send just those - the traditional Sandylion squares with perforated edges would be better. There are lots of them available on ebay. The new ones are not really made by Sandylion (Sandylion was bought out by Trend Enterprises). I hope that helps. If you have any more questions, please let me know. :)

What I see in shops are strips that consist of three squares (usually identical), there is perforation between these squares.For example, I have or have had these stickers.

Squares from the perforated strips are fine. :)

Only I have only 5 different ones and am stuck at home thanks to my car. :S Maybe another time.

I used to collect them longgggg time ago and have some to swap. I will join as soon as i send what i have on my dash!
