Ooh cool idea! I'm not sure I have that many Christmas or winter-themed ones yet though (as I didn't collect stamps last year). Would it be possible to either reduce the number - or make the dates later so that we have more chance of receiving the Christmas ones this year?

@Itti - I've expanded the types from Christmas to Christmas and winter just for this reason. You can add stamps with religious theme as well, like icons, saints, etc.

Does anyone else has a problem with number of stamps to be included? If that is the only problem that prevents you to join this swap, let me know and I'll reconsider and lower the number to 20.

I couldn't possibly join this one. Even if only 20 stamps were required. In our country there are only 2 or 3 different Xmas stamps issued per year and if you are lucky you can find last year's stamps in some remote post office as well... Of course, one can always send stamps from other countries like US that has lots, but I am not sure this is the basic idea of a European swap. So this is strictly for stamp collectors Id say.

@Merimax - there are no country limitations for this swap. It can be from anywhere in the world.

Itti 11/14/2011 #

Yes, it's the number that's stopping me from joining. I think I've got about 10-15 stamps that would qualify - although once I start getting Christmas cards I'll probably receive more.

I know you say that You'll have 2 weeks after sign up date to collect stamps and send them. But I would not feel comfortable signing up without having the stamps in hand - what if I didn't get any?? I don't want to flake!

@Itti - collect your stamps, at the end of month let me know how many you got and we can set up a private swap.
