Bird Chunky Series: Sender's Choice

A few of you mentioned interest in a bird-themed series, and since that's one of my favorite topics, I will try to host one bird swap a month.

This first swap will be sender's choice--whatever you want to do technique-wise, or style-wise: mixed media, hand-drawn/painted, fabric, collage--I'll even allow stickers/scrapbook-type supplies if they are expecially lovely, not cheesy, and are die-cut/don't scream "sticker!" The only requirement is that you do beautiful, quality work, and put serious time/thought into it. One 4X4" chunky for one partner, with the left 1/4" left free for binding.

Please lightly decorate the back and include your name, city/state, date, and any other information you would like to give.

Future topics might include (and I welcome your ideas!): zetti birds, whimsical birds, winter/Christmas birds, birds and nests/eggs, birds and birdcages, vintage/Somerset-style birds, backyard birds, owls, water birds, birds of prey, exotic birds, etc.

Since you can get started on this one in advance, I'm going to have a pretty short turn-around time on it, so we can get into a monthly cycle with a little longer time-frame at the beginning of November.
