Comment: Shana, I'm sorry.. I've thought about it, and I've talked with some hosts like myself.. I feel that since this was mailed the day before the Mail By date, but postmarked 6 days later from the post office, I really need to be true to the Swap Bot rules and rate you a 3.

Comment: Received second mailing July 20, changed the rating to a 3, which I believe meets the Swap-bot guidelines. Couldn't change it to a 3 until it actually arrived. Messaged sender twice before rating, as she requested. She changed her profile to include an inaccurate account of our communications. I'm trying to take the high road, but I've never had a swapper lie about me.

Comment: Sent messages that I had not received, said that you would resend didn’t receive anything had to message again, finally received in the mail today and the envelope was open on one side and there was only two postcards inside

Comment: October 4, 2020: You listed “sent” on the due date, July 24. I hadn’t received and on August 24 sent you a message; you said you would re-send with tracking. No tracking number sent, no swap received. I messaged you again September 26; again you said you would re-send with tracking. You sent a tracking number that night (that you “printed” from home) but as of October 4, USPS shows the item has still not been brought to them. Edit: was accepted by USPS on Oct 6, package delivered, re-rating as it was received, but resend was very late.

Comment: You marked "sent" on Aug. 29. I sent you a message on Sept. 20 letting you know that nothing arrived. You said you'd resend, but nothing arrived yet being two weeks later. I will rerate when I receive it. 10/9/20 - received swap. Thank you!

Comment: Swap marked sent on 9/2, I emailed on 9/22 that I had not received anything and was advised a resend would be on its way with tracking. On 10/1 I received a message that it was returned to sender undeliverable and she would resend out original swap since she never actually sent resend. Idk what is going on but based on all the current ratings I’m guessing nothing was sent. I find it hard to believe it took 30 days for a couple hour transit. 10/3 I received a message with tracking info that swap has finally been sent. I hope that it is in fact on its way and meets swap requirements. I will re-rate when it arrives. 10/9 swap arrived, per tracking info it was sent on 10/6. The items in the package met swap requirements, I will increase to a 3 since I have now received the swap.
