Comment: I LOVE these little jar cards you wrote your recipes on, and it was so sweet of you to include two! I'm always ready to bake up some delicious cookies, of course, but I'm extra excited for this goulash recipe. My housemate was just talking about wanting to try to make some earlier in the week 💜 Oh, and the stickers! They're super cute and I'm excited to use them! Thank you so much for this wonderful swap~
Comment: Thanks for sharing your weekend and I'm truly sorry that you are dealing with a lot of stuff right now. I do wish you all the best. Take care and continue to seek out the little joys. They are there.
Comment: Oof, yeah. Stress is a killer. It makes everything else seem so much harder. I like your weed pulling solution. That sounds like it would be very satisfying. Sounds like you've got a good idea what you want to work on. Good luck with everything!
Comment: Hi Bre ! Wow, You certainly have some very interesting reads! Thanks so much for sharing what you've read. I will be getting the book "Munmun "by Jesse Andrews. I read something like that story a month or so ago, called "Shade's Children" by Garth Nix. It was really good! The book "ADHD & Us", I had many books about ADHD when 2 of my sons were little. They are adults now and they both have learned over the years to control it. But I guess I'm the source of their ADHD. Because I have a mild case of ADHD. But back then, they didn't know what ADHD was in the mid 1960's. my mother called me her monster child then. She didn't know what to do with me. Anyway, Thanks again, I really enjoyed looking at you list of books you've read.
Response: Glad you liked the list. I just added Shade's Children to my to-read list.
Comment: So cool you were born in CDA. We just left CDA about 3 years ago to retire up here in Cocolalla. We have been in the area about 27 years and it has changed so much!
Loved your zine! My favorite was to use the nice pens 🖊️😂 Love flowers 💐
Comment: I love that you took the layout and created a completely different zine. It was so bright and attractive. I like that word and will have to remember it. It is a good one! And I love that you buy yourself flowers.💐 I do that for myself too!!!
Comment: Thank you for the library pc and sharing what you liked to do as a child. I liked to read as a child too. Although, now I fall asleep when I read, so I do a lot of re-reading! :) Thank you for brightening my day!
Comment: Thank you for your notecard and for joining my swap! Appreciate your sharing of your experience with USPS. I joined swap-bot only last year. I need to get more stamps before the price increase on Jan 22!
Comment: I love how it came out I am dying to know where did you get the notebook and the paper its so soft I love it its the perfect size that I've been looking for !!
Response: Aw thanks! It's a discbound notebook, TUL makes them along with many others. The unlined paper is hammermill premium color copy #28. Discbound journals are great because you can make whatever size you want and use whatever paper/materials you want. Super flexible.
Comment: I received your journal today (it is sooo cute) and couldn't wait to sit down and read it. Thank you for sharing your life with me....although you left me in suspense. Did you love it or list it? Thank you again for your swap.
Response: Hi there! Forgive my delayed response, but yes--we listed it! We've been in the new place half a year now and love it <3
Comment: Hey Bre! Thanks for this swap! Love the cute little sticker. What a busy weekend you had! Rugs & pillows for a birthday party at the park sounds so cute and cozy! Good luck with the house hunt! <3
I have not read the book mentioned by you but definitely seems like the book that one should take a look at. Really liked the postcard you selected. Thank you and have a great day ahead.
Comment: Thanks for sharing & for the little bookmark. Happy Anniversary! I’m sorry Mr. forgot & then flooded!! Men… lol. Glad you had a nice time with your sister. Nailed It always has me cracking up! 🧁
Comment: Thank you for your beautiful card! What a lovely weekend full of confetti and visiting homes. I've also been playing a ton of Story of Seasons-- it's so addictive and fun! I also just finished playing Spiritfarer, which felt equally cozy at times :)
Response: Oh yes I loved Spiritfarer! I've never sobbed so much playing a video game though =)
Comment: Thank you for the cool postcard and sharing your word of the year. Grace is a very good word. I love the postcard. Reminds me of listening to the radio when Neil Armstrong first stepped on the moon. It was my parent's anniversary and we were driving across the countryside and I was looking up in the sky to see if I could see the men on the moon. Thanks for the memory. :)
Comment: Thanks for the resend and the story of your fun road trip. Perhaps the original will turn up in 2021. I've had missing swaps turn up two months later, and one that was postmarked March 02 that was delivered in mid-July.
Comment: Hi Bre - I agree that folks are sick of everything to do with the pandemic, but we have to keep trying to do our part to get it in check - sigh! And you are right, everyday is a new day to help someone or at least make them feel a tad better! Thanks for the share, I enjoyed reading it! Hugs and Happy Swapping! ;)
Comment: Amazing list...so different genres! I admire you about "The End of October" - I am not so brave to read a book like that at that time. I will put a few of your book in my list "what-to-read next". Thank you for sharing 🤗! Have a nice summer!
Comment: Thanks for such a fantastic swap! I love the items you sent me. My ultimate fav would have to be that calligraphy pen. So amazing! And the box you sent everything in. :) And the memos! I could go on and on. :) Thanks so much again. :)
Comment: Thank you 'so much' for the book teaser! I read the page and what little I read is very thought provoking...if not a bit scary (invasion of privacy, etc...) I am very interested in further reading!
Comment: Thank you for a great post card. This is the 1st PC I've ever rcv'd in a swap. :O) Your downtown looks a lot like my downtown PC. I love your tattoo idea *lol* Thanks for letting me get to know you a little better! CA rawks!!
Comment: Thank you for the extraordinary NaNoWriMo package. It got a little lost due to the zip code, but it did make it here and I was so ecstatic when I saw all of the goodies. My favorite part is the Espionage book. I am really considering writng a sequel to my 2006 NaNo Novel which is all about espionage. This book will be my most prized tool this November. Thanks again for putting together such an amazing package.
Response: Aww, I'm sorry that it made it there late, but I'm glad that you received it and are happy about that book. I was so excited to come across it in the bookstore. =) Do let me know how you're doing in November!
Comment: Thank you for keeping me in the loop during your summer of projects! The checklist you sent is inspiring in its own right! And I think it's great that you can now write the sentence, "I am proud to say that every book in my possession I really, really want to read, and am making time to do so." Bravo!
Comment: Thank you! I must give you a heart because the sentences are lovely... I think they will be very inspiring... even the quick read through I just did set off some ideas, so I'm excited. Thank you!
Response: I'm so glad that you like them! It was a ton of fun writing them.
Comment: I loved reading your letter! The Old Town Farmer's Market sounds like so much fun. It kind of sounds like the Monrovia street fair that take place the same time of year. It's pretty far from me now that I live in Ventura, but I still like to go when I can. I'd love to see the Underground Gardens one day. Thank you so much for introducing me to a different part of California!
Comment: FANTASTIC PACKAGE!!!!!!!!!!! I loved EVERYTHING. Especially that gorgeous koi fish, oh my god that was fabulous.

Comment: Wow! Thank you ever so much for the beautifully honest journal. I love it. Reading the entries really caused me to think about my own stories and I had a lovely afternoon doing so! The bracelets are amazing, thank you, i'm going to wear them all the time most likely. Thank you once again!!
Response: You're so very welcome, I'm glad that you enjoyed it =)
Comment: Thanks for the photos and the note! I love the idea of a blossom trail; thanks for sending me a picture from it! And it made me smile to read about you and your sister and your flower/teacup photo endeavors: what a sweet project! Thanks again!
Response: You're very welcome! Glad you liked everything.
Comment: hey girl, i just noticed that on your profile you said that i could write you anytime! i didnt know until i got this letter and read that we had swapped before, so i checked your profile and there it was! well, you'll get an extra long letter back this time! p.s. you always have the cutes kawaii stationary! im jealous!
Response: Silly goose! I remembered writing to you a while ago--hope I didn't duplicate too much information! I'd love to get to know you better. My stationery usually comes from this cute little shop in San Francisco's Japantown, where I get to go about once every six months... It is sheer heaven in there!
Comment: I am absolutely CRAZY about my egg! It is so cool--I am trying to figure out how to put it in a shadow box so I can hang it on my kitchen wall. Great job! I love it and bought extra eggs and veggies to make the recipe tommorow night. Thanks so much for the note and your first stuffie is a huge success.
Response: Thank you so much for your kind words! It was lots of fun to make for you, and the recipe--so so good!
Comment: This was one of my very first swaps and I was so excited to your your 100 words! The "envelope" was creative as was your poem/story. I loved it! I even read it to my boyfriend, it was like something out of a love song or a movie. Thanks a lot!
Response: I'm so glad you liked it! Welcome to swapbot! =)
Comment: CLYDEESMOM 3/3/2008 HI BREAUNNA, I RECEIVED YOUR LETTER TODAY AND I DEFINITELY WILL WRITE BACK AS SOON AS I CAN. YOU SEEM TO HAVE AN AWFUL LOT GOING ON IN YOUR LIFE. VERY INTERESTING. LATER, LOL LORRAINE

Response: So glad you liked everything! It was a pleasure putting this swap together for you.
Comment: Thanks Great Package couldn't have done better if I picked it out myself, in fact I think I sent some of the same things to my swap partner. We must shop at the same stores LoL Happy Valentines Day
Comment: i admire you strength in keeping only books to be read and favorites/gifts. i can't seem to let any of mine go!
Response: It is certainly difficult, but I'm really glad that I practice the art of letting books go. It just makes it that much easier getting new ones, and I am happy knowing other people get pleasure out of books that I've held at one point. P.S. you have some beautiful ATCs on your flickr site!
Comment: I was so touched by such a thoughtful swap! You really went above and beyond - I not only received a lovely little book full of questions, but also a whole bunch of adorable kawaii stationary. I love it all! The questions will be making their way back to you soon! Thank you for a great swap...
Response: I'm pleased that you liked it! I'm looking forward to receiving your response.
