Response: I’m sorry that you were upset about this, but like I said I was hardly home the last month due to the death of my grandma. At first you said that it would be okay that it was late and now all of a sudden you do a 180 and tell me that no it’s not okay. The post office was delayed and closed for 3-4 days in my city due to the ice and blizzard, it being the worst since the 1970s. I do not have control over the post office and I am sorry you were not pleased with the swap. I felt like you were being very contradicting because you said it was okay if I was late and that you understood, then turn around and rudely message me saying “You have ruined this swap for me. I should rate you a 1, but I will rate you a 3.” I was very polite with you and I wish I had the same treatment back, but instead I got a lack of empathy. Best of luck with your future swaps.
