Comment: I understand that things happen in life, but I never received. I will gladly change rating if I do receive. Received 10/22, Thank you for the nice letter! I completely understand about life ! The only reason that I am not giving a 5 is because of the lateness. All other swap requirements were meant, if it would have been on time, I would have gladly given a 5 and a heart. Hope you understand! Hugs!
