Comment: This rating needs a long explanation because it's so late and there are other circumstances involved. Let me start off by saying that I realize now that it was wrong of me to decide not to rate you at all for the benefit of a doubt (I took your word). I see now that I help to contribute to the problem of not rating correctly and I'm sorry for that. Your recent negative ratings deeply trouble me when I think of this swap that you still owe me. You claimed to have sent these inchies to me twice and you even hinted at sending them for a third time but I'm not sure about that. I received another inchie swap from you around the time of this one and I was totally amazed that the postal service would allow someone to mail an envelope that small! Exspecially considering it was coming from so far away! I believe that you did send this swap to me atleast once but I'm not sure about after that. I also believe that the size of this envelope is the reason it didn't arrive the first time. Maybe it fell under a machine at the post office because I see most of your other inchie swaps make it? I MEAN THE ENVIES YOU'RE USING ARE SO SMALL (think kiddie valentine small...maybe smaller)! I will gladly re-rate if I ever receive this swap but I would ask that you use a bigger envelope. UPDATE 2-14-11: Yay...they finally got here! The Inchies are beautiful and I'm so glad to finally have them. My favorite is the one with the butterfly:-) I hope you understand, but I think a 3 is appropriate after so long...and such trouble getting them. Thank you!!!
