Update 20 September 2016: Rachel has got in touch with me a number of times since I rated her a 1 asking if she could resend and each time I have given her my address. As I said in my original rating I would rerate if she sent something. On 1st September she messaged me saying it had been sent on 29th August. As of today it has still not arrived. I have not received this swap. You marked sent on 4th September. I messaged you on 26th September to tell you it hadn't arrived and you replied that you would resend. I have not heard anything from you since. I left a comment on your profile to say that I still hadn't received which you deleted yesterday without getting in touch. Because of your lack of communication I am given no choice but to rate a 1. I will change this rating should I ever get anything.

Comment: I'm really very sorry to have to do this and I know you tried both times to get it right. And I even gave you more time before rating, but both times the squares were not up to the requirements. The nine patch was fine and could be cut down but the other didn't make it to the 10 1/2 x 10 1/2 square. In which the square is unusable. Please understand that this rating is not ment to hurt Rachel in anyway, but it is an honest rating. In response to your reply, my rating is honest and I might have said I would give a 5 BUT and that's a big BUT your squares once again did not meet the requirements. If you spent five hours on them they don't look it. And another thing, it looks as though you sent me a 9 block you got from a totally different swap. If you want to continue this I can. You got nasty with me the first time I told you they were not to the requirements. You did not sign them, the pieces were put in backwards you had the back of one fabric to the face of the piece, than you didn't even take the time to size them. The two I just received is as obvious as a poke in the eye that they are from two different people. One is really nicely made and has a certain size stitch to the sewing, the other is pieced together like a beginner, and is puckered and just not the right size. You got nasty with me in the beginning and apologized and asked for a second chance. I never said I would give you a 5 if they weren't to the specifications of the swap. And another thing, this swap was to put together a quilt, not get squares that don't fit the size and just use them for something else. Maybe next time you should take the time when doing something and you wont get a honest rating like this. I have all emails and pictures to back up what I am saying. And just double checked and no where does it state that I would give you a 5. Please quite sending me email messages.
