Response: Greek Princess is being overly harsh in her rating. I tried very hard to send her something she would enjoy on this 2ND package. She stated she didn't receive the 1st package, so I resent. I sent her 4 things from her wishlist and they weren't "CUTE" enough is what she stated. I also sent extras from her wishlist and travelled 100 miles from my home to purchase one item. I have tried to reason with her and resolve it, but she is being ridiculous in her rating. I don't know what more to do & am very upset that she would rate in this mean spirited way. Especially when I tried so hard to make this a package she would love.......I quote from the swap-bot user page: "Respect and be courteous to your partner. Understand that different people have different points of view. Remember that behind every username is a person with real feelings. Don't leave unfair ratings. " I think she should change her rating...I did forget to wrap the items within the box, probably b/c it was a resend, but I don't think that should cause me to get a 3.

Response: Ikat78 was told the situation involved. I had hoped she would show compassion about what was going on. But, she is correct it was sent late....late send was out of my control, but bottom line she is correct.
