Comment: Swap due out June 3. Marked as sent June 8. Swapper posted on swap page on June 20 that she discovered her mail box was broken into. I messaged her July 2 about this swap. She reported she remailed on June 30, 10 days later, because she had to re-prepare a bunch of swaps. I'm rating a 1 for now because I have not received anything and it's been a month since the swap was due to be mailed. I will change my rating if I get something. She never contacted me to let me know she was mailing late, to ask why she had not been rated (as noted on her profile) or that she was having trouble with her mailbox. Her communication was not proactive. I PM'd her one message on July 2 asking about the status of this swap and a second on July 3 stating the facts about not receiving. I did not insult her in those messages. Her messages to me were defensive and offensive. I have had to block her. July 9: changing rating from a 1 to a 3. I recieved this swap, which was post marked July 5 on July 8. Sender mailed original swap that did not get to me on June 8. It was due June 3. Rating down due to late original send with no notification to me until I asked a month later.
