Response: This rating is an absolute joke. I have endlessly attempted to communicate with ButterflyDreams to no avail. My 5 year old daughter and I have re sent two more packages, out of courtesy. NO acknowledgment whatsoever was made from Sharon for these two re sends. She claims the first went missing, which is strange considering even she mentions in her profile that things can go missing at her end. I now am certain that she has a personal issue with me. I have done everything I possibly can to make mends. There has been no communication on her behalf to my 4 e-mails. It's a real shame that someone could be this unfair.
